The lighting for the back rose garden needs upgrading due to plant growth and disrepair. Luckily, we have lighting that is behind the large hedges that is no longer needed, and we can repurpose these to set new flood lights on the Phoenix palms. We will also install taller “stems” of the path lights to raise them above the plant growth. While the cost of the materials is not high, there is a significant amount of labor involved to refurbish the old lighting. This project is started, and we are looking at a budget of $3000 - $4000.
