Roses have a lifespan that is dependent on weather, soil and watering conditions, and care. While many of the roses are doing well in the back garden, we need to replace up to 40 rose plants to achieve the glorious bloom that we have had in the past.  We had planned to do this in the January-February time, but due to the presence of deer in the garden, we have put this project off until the planting can be more productive.
